Mortgage advisers based at our Cheshire Head Office, cover the whole of the UK. We also provide specialist mortgage advisers based in Liverpool, the Wirral, Chester and North Wales. Advice is provided by the internet, e:mail, telephone or face-to-face (include Welsh speaking advisers). This is done with integrity, knowledge, professionalism and a focus on treating you, our customer, fairly!
All of our Advisers are fully qualified and registered with the FSA.

Paying for our advice.
As independent advisers, we offer completely flexible payment terms and you can choose how we are paid. We offer payment by: -
- No fee. We will receive commission from the lender when your mortgage completes.
Or
- A fee. A fee of typically £580 payable on completion of your mortgage. Any commission received from the lender will be refunded to you.
Or
- A combination of a fee & commission. A fee of typically £280 payable on completion of your mortgage In addition we may receive commission from the lender.
